Orders placed Mon-Sat before 12.00 noon will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 noon will be despatched on the following working day.
Orders will be despatched with the postal or courier service selected by you on the web site at the time of checkout.
We endeavour to keep the stock quantity details displayed on the web site up to date. However, if for some reason we do not have a particular item in stock, we will contact you to let you know. We can place this on a back order for you, and despatch it when we receive it. You can cancel the item if you do not wish to wait, and we will refund the price of the item and any associated shipping costs and VAT. Alternatively, you may like to choose another item to the same value, which we will despatch with your order.
As many of our items are one-off goods, we cannot always replace goods like for like. If you have a problem with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us. We may replace the goods with another of similar price, or make a part refund if you select a lower price item.
In all cases, the damaged, faulty or erroneous goods should be returned to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt. Please get a proof of postage. For damaged goods faulty or erroneous goods, we will refund or replace the goods and your postage back to us once we receive them.
If returned goods are found not be damaged, faulty or sent in error, we will treat them as a standard return, and will expect you to pay for the postage back to us, and we will only replace or refund to the value of the goods in question.
By law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period, within which time which you can return goods for a full refund. We expect you to pay for the postage of the goods back to us. We will make the refund once we receive the goods. Please ensure you get a proof of postage.
If you return goods after 7 days of receipt, we may issue you with a credit note, at our descretion.
After 28 days, all sales are considered final, and no refunds, replacements or credit notes will be given.
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund, but this must be done as quickly as possible. If we have already despatched the goods, we will treat a cancellation as a standard return, and we will expect you to pay for the return postage. In such cases, we will only make a refund once we recieve the returned goods.
